The General Terms and Conditions govern the distance selling relationship between SUZANNE A. The duration of the contract shall be tied to the completion of the contracted service. You can register as a user of the website to make an online purchase in the corresponding section of the website itself. Prior to the provision of the service, the customer will receive an email confirming the requested service. All content on the website is in Spanish. Once the service has been provided, the customer will receive the corresponding invoice.

Service Provision SUZANNE A. VAN BOMMEL agrees to provide the service on the date selected by the customer. If the service cannot be provided, a similar vehicle or an alternative tour will be offered; if no agreement is reached, the amount will be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal: The customer has fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the date the contract is entered into, without penalty. The customer must notify us of this decision by calling 676262460, by emailing info@mototourtenerife.es, or in writing to the mailing address. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving notice of withdrawal.
Law and Jurisdiction The relationship shall be governed by the laws in force and applicable in Spain. In the event of a dispute, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or bring them before the ordinary courts.
