In the event of an accident, theft, or any damage, the lessee must notify the lessor and the appropriate authorities as soon as possible.

Basic insurance covers only damage to third parties. In the event of damage to the motorcycle itself, the renter is liable in accordance with the contract.
For added peace of mind, we offer comprehensive insurance with a reduced deductible, which significantly limits the amount you would have to pay in the event of an accident.
Given the type of roads and routes available in Tenerife, we recommend this option so you can enjoy your rental with complete peace of mind.

You will receive the motorcycle with a full tank of gas; you must return it with a full tank. If you return the motorcycle with less than a full tank, you will be charged for a full tank plus a service fee, for a total of €50.

If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance, no charge will be applied.
If you cancel within 15 days, a fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you cancel within 7 days, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
If you cancel less than one day in advance, you will be charged 75% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel on the day of pickup or fail to show up to pick up the motorcycle, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Our motorcycles are mid-sized, so they require a A or A2.
We also have 125cc scooters available, which you can ride if you have an A1 or B license that is at least 3 years old.

There is no minimum age requirement to rent our motorcycles, as long as you have the appropriate driver's license.
No minimum experience is required, but certain skills and caution are advisable when driving on the islands.

The cost of the tire repair is not covered, and you will be charged the full amount. In addition, if the tire is repaired with a temporary fix, you will be charged for replacing the tire at the end of the rental period for safety reasons.
The tenant is prohibited from making any repairs on their own without first notifying the landlord.

Yes, the renter must pay the full rental price in advance, plus a security deposit ranging from €150 to €700 depending on the motorcycle model, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period provided there is no damage or claims. The renter authorizes the rental company to charge their credit or debit card for any additional charges that may arise due to fines, damage, repairs, fuel, cleaning, or the loss of vehicle documents or keys.

You will be notified of any fines imposed, and a fee of 25 euros will be charged to cover administrative costs and fines, as compensation for the penalty notification service.
The Renter is responsible for paying any fines incurred during the rental period. The Renter must notify the Lessor of any fines imposed on the Vehicle or the driver during the rental period. The Lessor will always charge a fee for notifying the Renter of fines and for handling the notification process. The payment of fines is not included in any of the coverages that may be purchased. In the event that the authorities impound the Vehicle due to an act or omission on the part of the Renter, regardless of the cause, the Renter shall be liable and shall indemnify the Lessor for all expenses and loss of profits incurred as a result.
